This 240v wrap-around blanket design allows you to heat a tote tank/IBC in a non-invasive way. Unlike immersion heaters, wrap-around surface heaters will not contaminate or scorch your product. Designed for Tote Tanks/IBCs that are caged, plastic or metal. Full coverage plug and play system, will fit any tote tank width from 40" x 40" to 48" x 48". Three height sizes: 36", 42", & 48"; measure only the tote, do not include the pallet. Two separate heat zones. Adjustable thermostat: 50 to 160°F. Built-in manual reset high-limit safety thermostat set at 195°F for each heat zone. Attachment method: adjustable nylon straps with buckles (Two across the top and three around the tank. Silicone impregnated cloth facing and liner 1/4" fiberglass insulation. "Mouse-hole" designed for spigot. Patented ground for your safety. 2880 watts. Power cord is 6 feet long with standard power plug, 240VAC=NEMA 6-15. An optional insulated top cover is available for faster heat-up and efficient temperature maintenance.
